District Treasurer Information
The East Liverpool City Schools Treasurer’s Office is responsible for the financial operations of the schools. Our major fiscal duties include school district appropriations, financial forecasting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and student activities.

We also serve as custodian of the official Record of Proceedings of the Board of Education. In accordance with Ohio law, all School District official business with the County Auditor, County Treasurer and Board of Elections is conducted through the Treasurer’s Office.

Our School District has a $25 million General Fund yearly operating budget. We receive in excess of $3 million annually in federal funds. We are financially responsible for the education of more than 2,500 students, including 2,300 who attend our four school buildings. We are financially responsible for more students than any other School District in Columbiana County.

The School District employs about 175 teachers and, including substitutes and non-teaching coaches, employs more than 300 area residents. This makes our schools one of the largest employers in the region.

The corporate boundaries of the East Liverpool City School District encompass approximately 14 square miles. We serve the City of East Liverpool, Liverpool Township and a small portion of St. Clair Township.
