Superintendent’s Message 

It is with great pride that I have assumed the role of East Liverpool City Schools Superintendent. As a proud product of the school system and a 1994 graduate, I plan to maintain and build upon our rich history and traditions. Our plan includes a renewed vision and mission for the district. 

Our top priority is continued academic growth for all of our students. We start with our youngest students by offering a 5 star pre-school and comprehensive early literacy programs at the elementary level that ensure that all students will learn to read at benchmark by third grade. We have increased STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) programs in the district over the past three years. In addition, we offer AP courses, College Credit Plus, and have recently partnered with Amazon to become a future engineer school. We remain the only comprehensive high school in Columbiana County, with 70% of our graduates completing career tech pathways. These students earn real life credentials and leave our doors college and career ready. 

The East Liverpool City School system continues to empower students to reach their fullest potential by forging innovative pathways to success. To accomplish our vision, we create a safe and welcoming educational environment to achieve excellence in academics, career and technical skills, athletics, arts and extracurricular activities while providing our community with responsible and productive citizens.
